to USAID (SAFEMed)
Overview: the international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH) implementing in Ukraine the USAID-supported Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians Activity (SAFEMed), is looking for a consultant for the role of Business Analyst E-Registers.
Main duties:
• engage with key stakeholders from the Ministry of Health and other relevant organizations to gather initial requirements
• develop comprehensive technical specifications and requirements documents
• organize and lead consultations with stakeholders to review the drafted requirements
• finalize the technical requirements documentation and facilitate the process
• regularly report on the progress of the requirements development process
Requirements:
• a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record in technical requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• minimum of 3 years of experience working in the healthcare sector, particularly with a focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related regulatory frameworks
• proficiency in using project management and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• fluency in Ukrainian and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both languages
