📑 Senior Project Assistant
to OSCE

Overview: The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) has been established in order to continue to support the Ukrainian Government’s reform efforts and to mitigate the increased risks to civilians caused by the war against the country.

Main duties:
• providing input on the prioritization of the project's portfolio in the respective area
• counterparts on a regular basis to ensure smooth implementation of project's activities
• drafting project-related reports, including narrative and financial reports
• maintaining project documentation electronically and in physical files
• participating in coordination meetings with stakeholders

Requirements:
• completed secondary education supplemented by formal training or studies in a field relevant to the project
• minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in the human security sector, political affairs, or democratization
• experience in project planning, implementation, and reporting
• knowledge of the latest political and social developments as well as priority issues on the reform agenda in Ukraine
• excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Ukrainian languages

Conditions:
• Kyiv / alternative working arrangements
• full-time position
