2019年11月11日反修例示威期間，馬鞍山一名李姓男子被人淋潑易燃液體並點火，頓成火人五成皮膚被燒傷，情況一度危殆。一直跟進李伯狀況的民建聯立法會議員葛珮帆今日（12日）於社交平台發文透露對方完全康復之日仍遙遙無期，今年7月再次中風入院，情況一度危殆，幸好治療後終於可以出院回家休養。另外李伯因為用餐具有困難，當年受傷時掉了一半牙齒，之後所有牙齒亦慢慢剝落，現在已經完全沒有牙齒，食飯只可以慢慢食軟食物及流質食物。情緒仍低落痕癢似被蟻咬葛珮帆指，李伯現時手腳仍不太靈活，雖然可以慢慢走路，但要用拐杖輔…
