McDonald's может потерять право более чем на 10 товарных знаков в России
Американская сеть фастфуда McDonald's в ближайшие два года может потерять право на 11 товарных знаков в России. Об этом сообщил ТАСС со ссылкой на данные Роспатента.
В следующем году у компании истекает срок действия права на товарные знаки «Хэппи Мил», «МакНагетс», «Роял чизбургер», McNuggets, McDrive и «МакКантри».
В 2027 году заканчиваются сроки у нескольких заявок с логотипом и названием компании, а также у товарных знаков «МакМаффин», Big Mac, Mac Fries, McChicken и McDonald's McCola.
Ранее McDonald's потерял права на товарные знаки «Биг Мак», «Большой Мак» и McCountry.
