او إستخدام دواء ( Augment m ( Armoxicillin + Clavulanate
أما إذا كان المريض عنده الضرس ملتهب و مورم ، وإذا كان يحتاج له سحب العصب لابد من استخدام دواء lincomycin +Dexamethasone خلط لمعالجة الالتهاب لمدة اسبوع بعد ذلك يتم سحب العصب . ممنوع سحب العصب وهو ملتهب
