Они поинтересовались, когда сотрудников в последний раз хвалил руководитель: 13% респондентов вспомнили о благодарности в последние несколько дней, 18% - от недели до месяца назад, 13% - от 1 до 6 месяцев назад, 3% - от 6 до 12 месяцев назад, 15% - более года назад. 19% респондентов ответили, что начальство вообще их не хвалит, только ругает. Затем выяснилось, что хвалят чаще женщин и тех, кто получает меньшие зарплаты.
