برنجو تو پلوپز درست کردم. سینه مرغ رو هم خرد کردم و از قبل تو مقداری پیاز و ابلیمو و نمک و فلفل و کمی پودر زنجبیل و زعفرون و چند تیکه فلفل دلمه خوابوندم. بیست دقیقه قبل از پخت برنج تکه های مرغ رو از توی مخلوط دراوردم و توی مقداری کره و کمی روغن با شعله کم تفت دادم. خودش آب انداخت و پخت و بعدش توی همون کره سرخ شد. راحت و خوشمزه.
میتونید قبل از سرخ کردن مرغ، یه پیاز خلالی هم اضافه کنید و تفت بدید. اونم خیلی خوشمزه است.
اینقدر خسته بودم که حال تزیین سالاد رو هم نداشتم فقط رنگها رو کنار هم چیدم😉
