عن أبي عبد الله الصادق (ع) قال: قال أبو جعفر (ع): يا بني, اعرف منازل الشيعة على قدر روايتهم ومعرفتهم, فإن المعرفة هي الدراية للرواية, وبالدرايات للروايات يعلو المؤمن إلى أقصى درجات الإيمان.
Imam Ja'far Sadiq (Pbuh) said: "Abou Jaa'far (Pbuh) told me: ' O my son, recognize the ranks of the Shi'a based on the extent of their narrations and knowledge, for knowledge is the comprehension of narrations. Through the comprehension of narrations, the believer ascends to the highest levels of faith."
