عن عبد الله بن سليمان قال: قلت لأبي عبد الله (الصادق ع) قوله تعالى: {قد جاءكم برهان من ربكم وأنزلنا إليكم نوراً مبيناً} قال: البرهان رسول الله, والنور المبين علي بن أبي طالب (ع).
Abdellah ibn Suleiman reported that he asked Imam Jaa’far Sadiq (Pbuh) about {O mankind! verily there hath come to you a convincing proof from your Lord: For We have sent unto you a light (that is) manifest and incontrovertible.}. He (Pbuh) said: “The proof is the Messenger of Allah and the light that is manifest and incontrovertible is Ali son of Abi Talib (Pbut).”
