Башни с характерным «поясом» посередине — вынесенным общественным ярусом, который дробит высоту и делает силуэт выразительнее, особенно в вечернем городе.

Похожий приём недавно реализовали в Шанхае — Huamu Lot 10: The Summit от KPF.
Там этот выступ превращён в sky lobby с террасами и панорамами.
Разный масштаб, разный контекст — но идея одна. Интересно, как адаптируют у нас и что оптимизируют.
