If you successfully applied for QGUP but still can't see the tokens in your wallet, please make sure you've followed the instructions in this guide:

Currently, the only reliable method of checking your balance is by using Qtum Core. Block explorers for Qtum often don't show the incoming transaction of the tokens.

Please remain patient if the tokens are still not in your wallet after following the guide. We will be releasing a final claiming form that allows people who didn't receive their QGUP yet but were eligible (meaning they had GUP in their personal wallet on December 6th, 2017) to make a claim.
