Из-за непогоды в Северной Осетии-Алании на участке Владикавказ-Ларс запрещено движение автотранспорта. На выезде из России развернуты пункты обогрева. Здесь водители и пассажиры могут отдохнуть, зарядить гаджеты и согреться чаем. На месте работают психологи МЧС России.
