Парк Маяковского ждет масштабное благоустройство. На территории, которая затронет около двадцати гектаров, появятся мини-заповедник, зеленая долина, видовая площадка и эко-тропы.

Новый вход в парк Маяковского расположится с северной стороны — с улицы Яламова. Как рассказали «Моментам» представители проекта, здесь появится площадь с воротами, пунктом проката спортинвентаря, кофейней и парковкой для горожан. Также на территории создадут места для отдыха, многоуровневые террасы, лестницы и дорожку-серпантин, а еще — обновят пешеходный мост через Свердловскую детскую железную дорогу. Плановые работы начнутся летом 2025 года.
