مثل #توجه به حس کردن برس مو روی سر موقع شانه کردن مو مثل #توجه به گرمای نور خورشید وقتی که میفته رو پوست مثل #توجه به حس خنکی آبی که میخوریم مثل توجه به خیلی چیزای دیگه که ذهن مشغولی هامون نمیذاره بهش توجه کنیم و با توجه به این چیزای کوچیک باعث میشه که کم کم وارد سطح خودآگاهمون بشیم و حتی بتونیم ذهن مشغولی های لایه های عمیق ترمون‌رو هم کنترل کنیم ولی نکته مهم اینجاست که باید مرحله به مرحله پیش بریم #روانشناسی
