Механизмы действия окрелизумаба заключаются в активации:

Ocrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets on CD20 + B-lymphocytes. Ocrelizumab is currently the only DMT approved for the treatment of primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS).

The mechanisms of action of ocrelizumab are activation:

1. complement-dependent cytotoxicity;
2. antibody-dependent cytotoxicity;
3. direct apoptosis;
4. macrophages.
