我对动物纪录片评判标准：画面好看：3 星；有 story telling：4 星；这个故事竟然还感人：5 星。本片齐活儿了。跟拍了一个花豹家庭从妈妈怀孕到幼崽出生到成长到独立的两年半时间，把我们在肯尼亚蹲了 12 天没蹲到的 leopards 一次看了个够。
沉稳老道的母亲，进步明显小心聪明的姐姐，横冲直撞冒冒失失的弟弟性格各异。中间好几个故事都太印象深刻了：妈妈捕猎被想要贴贴的女儿打乱，莽撞的弟弟竟被猎豹追的屁滚尿流上树最后去老爹那豹口夺食，妈妈挑逗交配好久精尽豹亡一脸无奈的老爸，姐姐暗中观察妈妈教学弟弟不巧失败但稍后自己智取……虽然都知道是 circle of life 一部分但是最后看到该独立时候母女战斗分隔树丛两边真的快哭了。美中不足的是中间插的莫名其妙白人音乐，但瑕不掩瑜，四星半。
