برگزاری مرحله فینال مسابقات شطرنج دانشجویان پس از ۳ روز رقابت بین دانشجویان علوم پزشکی کردستان که به مناسبت روز دانشجو انجام گرفت بالاخره درمرحله نهایی مسابقه شطرنج دانشجویان پسر پنجشنبه ۲۲ آذرماه با حضور ۸ شطرنجباز برتر دانشگاه که از میان ۲۵ بازیکن شرکت کننده در مرحله مقدماتی انتخاب شده بودند، به صورت دوره ای برگزار و در نهایت دانشجویان برتر ذیل موفق به کسب مقام شدند که به سه نفر اول جوایزی اهدا خواهد شد.
سارو امیری با ۶ و نیم امتیاز پارسا محمدی با ۵ و نیم امتیاز علی ابراهیمی با ۵ امتیاز مبین عالی زاده با ۵ امتیاز امیررضا خیریان با ۳ امتیاز صاحب عناوین اول تا پنجم گردیدند.
