據蘋果日報報導，9.29當日在灣仔採訪期間被警員射中右眼的印尼籍女記者Veby Mega Indah右眼被證實永久失明。其代表律師Michael Vidler表示已從第三方獲得證據，射擊至Veby右眼的是橡膠子彈，而非早前相信的布袋彈。
