Специалисты по технологиям здорового питания ИСТиС ЮУрГУ разрабатывают технологию полезных мясных продуктов быстрого питания. Опасные для здоровья человека консерванты в них заменяются натуральными биоактивными веществами.

🥩Старший преподаватель кафедры «Технология и организация общественного питания» Зилолахон Тошева исследует натуральные консерванты для мясопродуктов – розмарин, имбирь и перечную мяту. Благодаря их применению срок хранения бургеров и других мясных полуфабрикатов в обычном холодильнике – не в морозилке – можно увеличить для трёх недель.
