Первый поток начал обучение 27 мая 2024 года. В него вошли 83 участника, отобранные по боевым заслугам, управленческому опыту и потенциалу. За это время 27 выпускников получили новые назначения, а руководитель программы Мария Костюк стала врио губернатора Еврейской автономной области.
Программа продолжает расширяться — идет новый отбор участников.
