[Introduction to Shakespeare open workshops]

We are going to take a closer look at the original texts of Shakespeare’s plays and bust a lot of myths that exist around them.
Our second session will be about Style – Heightened language or simple, poetic or everyday – how Shakespeare uses them and for what purpose. We’ll also explore Language and action in Shakespeare’s plays – how the characters’ words are connected to their actions and intentions.

The workshops are led by Olga Blagodatskikh - actor and voice-over artist. She trained at RADA (the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London), and gained RADA Shakespeare Platinum Award, she worked in both England and Moscow taking part in 60-Hour Shakespeare and Shake-Scene Shakespeare productions.
