How to Create a Private or Public Channel on Telegram? With Bitcoin down 30% in the past week, some crypto traders have taken to Telegram to “voice” their feelings. Telegram message that reads: "Bear Market Screaming Therapy Group. You are only allowed to send screaming voice notes. Everything else = BAN. Text pics, videos, stickers, gif = BAN. Anything other than screaming = BAN. You think you are smart = BAN. Members can post their voice notes of themselves screaming. Interestingly, the group doesn’t allow to post anything else which might lead to an instant ban. As of now, there are more than 330 members in the group. In the next window, choose the type of your channel. If you want your channel to be public, you need to develop a link for it.
