Overnight.fi is a DeFi protocol featuring a stablecoin-alike token, USD+, and other stablecoin-based financial assets (USDC+, DAI+, USDT+). These assets are fully backed by collateral rooted in yield-generating, delta-neutral DeFi strategies that are unique in the market. USD+ is a rebasing stablecoin, composable with major DEXes and lending protocols such as Uniswap V3 and Morpho/Silo.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Quantitative Trader to join our team with their expertise in algorithmic trading and portfolio management to optimize our DeFi trading strategies. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage proprietary algorithmic trading strategies across various DeFi platforms.
- Actively monitor and adjust trading strategies to maximize performance while mitigating risks.
- Participate in portfolio management tasks, including:
-Strategy selection and implementation.
-Portfolio optimization to ensure efficient use of capital and risk management.
-Development of models to minimize execution costs.
-Creation and refinement of models to adapt to varying market conditions.
-Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to enhance portfolio performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in quantitative trading, preferably in the cryptocurrency or DeFi space.
- Strong programming skills with the ability to implement trading algorithms.
- Solid knowledge of risk management principles and statistical modeling.
- Understanding of DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and yield-generating strategies as a BIG plus.
