Снова попытаюсь пробежать полумарафон👋 Купила билет на Забег РФ. ⛅️⛅️⛅️⛅️ В прошлом году за 3 дня до забега заболела бронхитом в температурой ~40, а спустя несколько недель подвернула ногу…значит была не готова тогда)
Пока в основном только треню в зале, потому что не люблю бегать на дорожке..но уже надо начинать готовиться. Надеюсь на раннюю весну для пробежек на улице.
