🔬 حوزه تخصصی: طراحی و ساخت قطعات نیمه هادی
✅ شرایط متقاضی: - داشتن مدرک دکتری تخصصی (Ph.D) در رشته فیزیک، مهندسی برق، مهندسی مواد - آشنایی با فرآیندهای ساخت و مشخصه یابی مواد و قطعات نیمه هادی - آشنایی با نرم افزارهای شبیه سازی قطعات نیمه هادی (مانند Comsol و Silvaco ) - نداشتن اشتغال به کار و حضور تمام وقت؛ - فارغ التحصیل سال 1400 به بعد؛
