☦️From June 24 to June 30 there is a continuous week, there is no fasting on Wednesday and Friday.
Trinity Week is the first week after Pentecost, the last before the Apostles' Fast. The beginning of the Apostles' Fast also called St. Peter's Fast this year is July 1.
A continuous week is a week in which fasting on Wednesday and Friday is abolished. It should be remembered that on Trinity Week, as on other days, gluttony is not encouraged.
After the Feast of the Holy Trinity, the reading of the prayer “To the Heavenly King” is resumed, and prostrations to the ground are also resumed.
