Itโs easy to create a Telegram channel via desktop app or mobile app (for Android and iOS): According to media reports, the privacy watchdog was considering โblacklistingโ some online platforms that have repeatedly posted doxxing information, with sources saying most messages were shared on Telegram. Earlier, crypto enthusiasts had created a self-described โmeme appโ dubbed โgmโ app wherein users would greet each other with โgmโ or โgood morningโ messages. However, in September 2021, the gm app was down after a hacker reportedly gained access to the user data. Among the requests, the Brazilian electoral Court wanted to know if they could obtain data on the origins of malicious content posted on the platform. According to the TSE, this would enable the authorities to track false content and identify the user responsible for publishing it in the first place.
