The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format using the Symfony framework.
Skills
The following skills are a must for this position:
Symfony PHP framework
MariaDB
Doctrine (used as default ORM in Symfony with annotations)
AWS EC2 and RDS configuration
CI/CD using Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD
Docker
Responsibilities
Perform new developments, project enhancements and maintenance
Work in a full stack development role
Document code while developing / changing functionalities
Work with the team to improve general knowledge
Know how to evaluate code and results from the team
Qualifications
3+ years' of experience in PHP and at least 1 year experience in Symfony or 2 years in a similar PHP framework
Responsibilities
Knowledge in a javascript framework like ReactJS or Vue will be considered a plus
