Александр Суриков (в дверях), председатель крайсовета и АКЗС в 1991 - 1996 годах. Юрий Ильиных (в центре) - секретарь крайисполкома и руководитель аппарата крайсовета в 90-х. Борис Ларин (справа от Ильиных) - депутат с 1990 по 2005 год, зампред крайсовета.
