Dear students, in accordance with the Federal laws β„–114-FZ of 15.08.1996 and β„–115-FZ of 25.07.2002 foreign citizens arrived in the Russian Federation must have a medical insurance certificate (policy)valid in the territory of the Russian Federation.

You are obliged to send a copy of the policy to our email address umo_study@spbstu.ru by September 20.


You can get a medical insurance certificate (policy) in the following places:
Unified Center for registration of foreign citizens.
Working hours: Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00-15:00.
