Вместе с анонсом темы, Signal объявил первые имена лайн-апа: ожидаем камбэк Atom™ на фестиваль, трансгрессивный перформанс 潘Pan, мексиканского композитора Murcof, итальянского исследователя даб-техно Madteo, тейстмейкера клубов Ближнего Востока Shellwell, штучный выход в свет мистификатора AL-90, Soft Blade, Pompeya, Nocow и других артистов.

27 февраля возрастёт стоимость билетов категорий Standard и Group.
