Ежегодный фестиваль проводился в Кронштадте. С 2024 года под прежним названием проходит на территории Петропавловской крепости. Тема фестиваля 2025 года — "От Петра Великого до наших дней: Санкт‑Петербург — мегаполис XXI века".

Скульптуры размещаются в специальном шатре с постоянной температурой -7°С.

С 1 по 14 января 2025 года, ежедневно с 11.00 до 20.00 (вход до 19.00). Бесплатно.
