Бывшего главреда батайской газеты "Вперед" Елену Пивоварову осудили на 4,5 года лишения свободы.

Пивоварову и главного бухгалтера местного СМИ Авакову признали виновными в "мошенничестве в особо крупном размере" и "присвоении и растрата группой лиц".

Авакову лишил свободы на четыре года с отбыванием в колонии общего режима.

Приговор озвучил Батайский городской суд 11 июля.

Напомним, следствие подозревало Пивоварову в махинациях с количеством экземпляров газет, передаваемых для адресной доставки подписчикам. "Рисовать" завышенные цифры по доставке ей помогал знакомый предприниматель.
