3. Tentunya dapat meramaikan dorm, bukan sekedar numpang nama

4. Wajib mengikuti semua event yang diadakan oleh Lokalan Hybe nantinya

5. Wajib memakai atribut yang telah disediakan ( @atblokhybe )

6. Tidak nerima akun clone dan orang yang cepu, two faces dan masuk cuman mau jadi mata-matain Lokalan Hybe

7. Tidak menerima yang suka buat circle in circle // baperan // kang ngewar
