Авария произошла в Кинельском районе. 36-летний водитель за рулем Skoda Rapid ехал по трассе «Самара — Бугуруслан», когда на 55-м километре он не обеспечил безопасную дистанцию и врезался в тягач MAN.
В итоге Skoda оказалась под фурой — передняя часть машины была полностью уничтожена. Водителя легкового автомобиля госпитализировали.
