✅ Negotiate and secure long-term charter contracts with reputable clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
✅ Monitor market trends and assess charter rates to make informed decisions on chartering strategies

Job Requirements:
✅ Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Proven experience as a Chartering Manager in the dry bulk shipping industry in Pacific region, preferably having had a specific focus on tonnage
✅ Strong understanding of the dry bulk shipping market, including vessel types, cargo types, and trade routes
