‏من الامور العظيمه في الاسلام هي حقوق الحيوان ومن هذه الحقوق أنه إذا رأيت شخصًا يظلمُ حيوانًا عنده فوجب عليك الذهاب به للقاضي ، فهذا الحيوان له الحق في العيشه الكريمه ما دام حيًا، وإذا كان الشخص الذي يملك الحيوان غير قادر على النفقه فيأخذ منه الحيوان وتنفق عليه الدوله وعموم المسلمين

وليس هذا فحسب بل تخيل ان الامام الشافعي وآخرين كانوا يقولون ، إذا لجأت هرة عمياء في بيت مسلم وجب عليه الأنفاق عليها وإطعامها ، وحرم الاسلام الاقتراب من فروخ الطيور ..
