Location : #Jeddah, #KSA
We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team in #Jeddah and take full ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery .
✨ What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end project management from design to handover.
- Drive coordination between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review and approve architectural and technical drawings.
- Oversee site activities and ensure top-quality execution.
- Manage budgets and project risks with full accountability.
✨ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture .
- Experience 5 : 8 years of solid experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing projects in KSA ( #experience_in_Jeddah is a big plus ).
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
- A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience dealing with governmental authorities .
- Experience in منصه_اعتماد# is a must
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
