Rouvan Hospital, the largest private hospital in Upper Egypt, is hiring!
Position: Senior IT Application Support
Location: Assiut, Egypt
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist hospital staff with application-related issues.
Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Conduct user training sessions as needed.
Diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
Document issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hospital software applications.
Perform regular software updates and patches.
Ensure that applications are functioning efficiently and securely.
Create and maintain user manuals and support documentation.
Document changes and updates to application systems.
Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with software vendors for support and updates.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team projects.
Ensure that all application support activities comply with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of healthcare software applications (e.g., Hospital Information Management Systems – HIMS).
Understanding of basic networking concepts.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Residency:
Assiut is a MUST.
