Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
Job Description:
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Support sales team leaders in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate team leaders’ daily performance
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve efficiency and results
• Set individual targets and follow up on progress
• Analyze sales performance data and suggest strategy improvements
• Collaborate with management to develop growth and retention plans
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Previous experience in Housing / Travel is a must
• English level: B2–C1
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Medical insurance
