به دلیل بارش برف و برودت و هوا در اردبیل ، سرعین ، هیر ، نیر کودکستان و ابتدایی ، در شهرستان نمین کودکستان و ابتدایی و در بخش ویلکیج (آبی بیگلو و روستاهای تابعه) کلیه دوره های تحصیلی فعالیت های آموزشی در «نوبت صبح» بصورت غیر حضوری خواهد بود.
لازم به ذکر است با اعلام تعطیلی مدارس دوره ابتدایی نواحی و مناطق، کلیه مدارس استثنایی آن ناحیه و منطقه نیز تعطیل خواهد بود.
