🗓 16 января 1963 года корпус филиала санатория «Сочи» - бывшая вилла «Вера» Марины Александровны Мамонтовой- передан в подарок сочинским детям.

В историческом здании, построенном в 1910 году сочинским городским старостой Николаем Анатольевичем Костаревым, стал работать Сочинский дом пионеров, с 1992 года - Центр внешкольной работы.
