В Калуге на ул.Степана Разина долгое время стоял недострой. Белый и зелёный цвета фасада вызывали ассоциацию с Лерой Мерленом, но что там на самом собирались открыть так и осталось неизвестным. Недавно здание преобразилось. Новый собственник предложил жителям спортивный зал. Смотрится симпатично и для густонаселенного спального района очень даже кстати.
