Депутат ЗакСа Константин Чебыкин зачитал приветствие спикера Александра Бельского, отметив значимость полученных знаний и армейской закалки.

Участников поздравили командир Ленинградского полка Михаил Коган, Герой Советского Союза Александр Ватагин и представители общественных организаций.
