Начинаю готовить закваску для выпекания куличей.
Если дрожжи справятся с любым тестом, и сдобным, и хлебным, то закваску нужно готовить особым образом.
Ведь тесто на куличи должно быть очень пышным! Значит и закваска нужна ещё более активная и сильная.
Мне понадобится пару дней, чтобы подготовить закваску.
Потом я сразу начну замешивать тесто на куличи.
Кто хочет испечь куличи на закваске, будьте со мной.
Вместе испечем куличи. Это будет репетиция, чтобы быть уверенным, что куличи к Пасхе у нас получатся.
