Первое подтвержденное применение обновлённого нашего БПЛА - камикадзе "Куб-2" с установленной оптико-электроннной системой для наведения на цель. В первой версии беспилотника камера вообще отсутствовала. Так же как и "Ланцет" в связке с ZALA, данный беспилотник работает в паре с разведчиком "Гранат-4".
На сегодняшний день есть две подтвержденные пары разведчик+камикадзе :
1. ZALA Z-16/20 + Ланцет
2. Гранат-4 + Куб-БЛА
Несмотря на неудачный опыт применения Куб-БЛА, его производство сейчас увеличивается и сам БПЛА модернизируется. Например, вышеупомянутый Куб-2 и Куб-10Е, с увеличенной дальностью и боевой частью.
