وإذا كنت تخشى أن تنغمس وراء رغباتك الجنسية في نهار رمضان فالأفضل أن تحصن نفسك، وتؤجل المداعبة والقبلات لما بعد الإفطار،
فكفارة من جامع أهله في نهار رمضان أن يعتق رقبة مؤمنة، فإن لم يقدر على ذلك فليصم شهرين متتابعين، فإن عجز عن ذلك فليطعم ستين مسكيناً، وهذه الكفارة على هذا الترتيب لا ينتقل من خطوة منها إلى الخطوة التي تليها إلا عند العجز عن السابقة.
