በሊባኖስ በተከሰተው ጦርነት ምክንያት የተፈናቀሉ እንዲሁም ከዚያ በፊት ወደ አገር ለመመለስ ጠይቀው የመውጫ ቪዛ ሲጠባበቁ የነበሩ 316 ዜጎች ወደ አገራቸው መመለሳቸውን በቤይሩት-ሊባኖስ የኢትዮጵያ ቆንጽላ ጀነራል ጽ/ቤት አስታውቋል።

ከተመለሱት ዜጎች ውስጥ 167 ዜጎች በሊባኖስ በተከሰተው ጦርነት ምክንያት የተፈናቀሉና በሊባኖስ ከአለም አቀፉ የስደተኞች ድርጅት(IOM) ጋር በመተባበር ረቡዕ ታህሳስ 2 ቀን ወደ አገር እንዲመለሱ የተደረጉ ሲሆኑ 17 እናቶችና 22 ህፃናት ይገኙበታል ተብሏል፡፡

በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች የመኖሪያና የሥራ ፈቃድ ሳይኖራቸው በሊባኖስ ረዥም ዓመታት ሲኖሩ የነበሩ ሰነድ አልባ ዜጎቻችን ወደ አገራቸው ለመመለስ ባቀረቡት በጥያቄያቸው መሠረትት ደግሞ 149 የሚሆኑት ወደ ሀገር ቤት ተመልሰዋል።
