Земля под строительство уже полностью выкуплена, для размещения домов предполагается продавать участки площадью от 10 до 20 соток. Овчинников отметил, что в деревне смогут жить не только старообрядцы, но и все желающие "добрые люди". Тут же построят школу, детский сад, церковь, спортивный клуб, мясокомбинат, зернохранилище и молокозавод.
