林鄭平時唔見咁關照打工仔,一講到谷針數,就特別提到要「催谷上班人士」,仲表示「強烈呼籲」私人企業仿效政府對待公務員做法,一律要求員工打針,唔打針就要實行自費強制檢測。

再講,如果老闆要員工就範打針先可以開工,相關行業又唔係法例「指定僱員」,咁情況僱主就變相單方面更改僱傭合約,可被視作不合理解僱嘅行為。

至於唔打針就要員工自費強檢,更加係形同將職業安全及健康嘅責任,同埋相關嘅開支,轉嫁到員工身上,做法極不合理。如果僱主以強制檢測作為返工嘅必要條件,就要承擔相應開支,呢個係對僱主法定責任嘅基本要求。
